Bônet, in Piedmontese, means hat, but is also the
name of a dessert similar in shape and made with cocoa
and small pieces of amaretti and then cooked in a
copper mould. Bodrato interprets this ancient recipe
to create an original praline, with consistent and intense
flavours. They are prepared with the finest ingredients
