Print, copy or reproduce any portion of the site is allowed in a printed format and solely in order to browse, purchase and send orders through the site. Any unauthorized use of the content site, without any approval from Bodrato, may represent a violation of the intellectual and industrial rights and /or other applicable laws.
The products offered on the site can be purchased, except for the limitations indicated at art. 1 of the General Conditions of Sale, and only by users who have signed up to the Site (“Registration form”).
The purchase of such products is allowed only after entering and verifying the authentication credentials specified by the user during registration.
Art. 1. Scope of Application
Registration conditions applicable are those in effect on the date of registration.
They can be changed at any time. Possible changes and / or new conditions will be in force from the moment they are published in the Conditions Legal Site. For this reason, users are invited to regularly access to the Site and to check the publication of the Conditions of Registration latest.
Registration is available to both users who are consumers as defined by art. 3, sub-section, the Consumer Code, both users who are not consumers within the meaning of that definition. For individual users the Registration is reserved for persons over 18 years of age.
In no case, either retailers or wholesalers or, in general, all persons who are registered with us must not intend to purchase the products offered for sale by Bodrato and resell.
Bodrato reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable the area of registration and / or any other area of the Site. Bodrato can not in any way be liable to you or any third party for modification, suspension or discontinuance of ‘area of registration and / or any other area of the site.
Art 2. Methods of Registration
PIn order to complete the registration, the user must fill in the registration form on the Site, choosing, first of all, the “Private” or “Business / VAT Business owner” options. If the user has selected the option “Private”, he needs to indicate his name, surname, social security number, an e-mail address and a password. If the user has selected the option “Business / VAT Business owner”, he must indicate a contact person with the name, surname, an e-mail address and password after the correct category selection present in the main dropdown menu; if other than an individual, he must indicate the name / business name, his registered office, name and surname of the individual person to contact, e-mail address and password.
The registration involves the acceptance of the following conditions:
• Only one registration per person is allowed;
• The registration will be confirmed by e-mail;
• Bodrato reserves the right to refuse to authorize any user’s registration;
• Bodrato could also proceed to the suspension or cancellation of a user’s registration at any time for any reason, within a 5 days’ notice. Such notice will not be required in the event of a breach of the provisions of the law and in the following cases:
– Violation of the prohibitions of Registration as art. 1 of these terms of Service;
– Repeated abnormal behavior associated with the purchase of products offered on the Site.
The user can request the cancellation of the registration at any time and for any reason, by communicating his decision to Bodrato Customer Service.
Art. 3. User Obligations
The user guarantees that the information provided during the registration process is complete and accurate.
The authentication credentials provided by the user at time of registration (e-mail address and password) must be used exclusively by the user and cannot be shared to third parties.
The user must retain such credentials and make sure no one has access.
The user must immediately inform Bodrato in case of suspicion misuse and / or disclosure of his authentication credentials.
Art. 4. Liability and indemnity
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. However, Bodrato cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data provided by its users during the Registration. Therefore Bodrato could not be held responsible for any direct and indirect damages incurred by using false data by the end users.
You agree to indemnify Bodrato and all its affiliate companies from any third party claim arising from or in any way related to the violation of these Conditions of Registration, of the rules incorporated therein or of any rule of applicable law.
Art. 5. Governing Law
These Terms of registration are governed in accordance with the Italian law.
